To complete your reservation, a 50% advance payment is required via bank transfer, bank deposit, or bank slip. Payments by card incur a 6% surcharge, and we offer installments of up to 12 times, according to the rates of PagSeguro, Mercado Pago, and similar payment methods. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash at check-in (or by bank deposit up to 2 business days before the trek). *Proof of payment with confirmation of dates, full name, and CPF of the participant(s) is essential.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Conditions: In the event of cancellation initiated by the passenger, in accordance with EMBRATUR Normative Resolution No. 161 of August 9, 1985, MAMUT TREKKING will issue refunds under the following conditions:
We reserve the right to change the planned itinerary whenever weather conditions are unfavorable to the safety of participants.
There will be no cancellations due to inclement weather, so the tour will continue even in rain and/or cloudy weather, except in cases of force majeure.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, a refund will be issued in accordance with Embratur Normative Resolution No. 161 of August 9, 1985, under the following conditions:
The customer provides a replacement.
The customer may leave the amount as a credit to participate on another date.

If the above conditions are not applicable, the following percentages will be applied to the amount paid:
Cancellation 30 days in advance: 90% of the total amount paid.
Cancellations 21 to 29 days in advance: 80% of the total amount paid.
Cancellations 7 to 20 days in advance: 50% of the total amount paid.
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: No refund.
Cancellations during packages: No refund.

Participation and reservation fee: Once the reservation is confirmed, a 10% penalty will be charged for cancellations. No-Show: Failure to appear on the scheduled date, time, and location for boarding will be considered a no-show, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid. Passengers who, of their own free will, leave the group during the trip or change their accommodations will be responsible for all expenses incurred, without the right to reimbursement.
