PAYMENT METHODS:
To complete your reservation, a 50% advance payment is required via bank transfer, bank deposit, or boleto. Payment by card involves a 5% surcharge. We accept installments of up to 12 times, according to the rates of PagSeguro, Mercado Pago, or similar. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash at check-in (or by bank deposit up to 2 business days before the trek).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Conditions: In the event of cancellation initiated by the passenger, in accordance with EMBRATUR Normative Resolution No. 161 of August 9, 1985, MAMUT TREKKING will issue refunds under the conditions below:
We reserve the right to change the planned itinerary whenever the weather conditions are unfavorable to the safety of the participants.
There will be no cancellations due to bad weather, so the tour will continue even in rain and/or cloudy weather, except in cases of force majeure.
In the event of cancellation by the consumer, a refund will be issued in accordance with Embratur Normative Resolution No. 161 of August 9, 1985, under the conditions below:
The customer must provide a replacement
The customer may leave the amount as a credit to participate in another date.
If the above conditions are not applicable, the following percentages will be applied to the amount paid:
Cancellation 30 days in advance: 90% of the total amount paid.
Cancellation 21 to 29 days in advance: 80% of the total amount paid.
Cancellation 7 to 20 days in advance: 50% of the total amount paid.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: No refund.
Cancellations during packages: No refund.

Participation and reservation fee: Once the reservation is confirmed, a 10% penalty will be charged for cancellations of the itinerary.
No-Show: Failure to appear on the scheduled date, time, and location for boarding will be considered a no-show, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid. Any passenger who voluntarily leaves the group during the trip or changes their accommodations will be responsible for all expenses resulting from this decision, without the right to reimbursement.
TOUR TRANSFER POLICY
Our agency works with a broad network of partners to offer the best experience to our customers. In cases of tour transfers to other operators, please note that prices may vary depending on several factors, such as the number of participants, the type of tour, and the necessary infrastructure. The price of the transferred tour may be equivalent to the retail price, or adjusted upwards or downwards, depending on the conditions negotiated between our agency and the partners responsible for executing the activity.
By purchasing a tour with us, the customer understands and agrees that, in the event of a transfer, the execution of the service will be the responsibility of the designated operator. We clarify that our role is to mediate and ensure compliance with the contracted services, but the specific conditions and prices may be adjusted depending on the circumstances of the transfer. We are not responsible for any price differences identified after the contract is signed, as these adjustments reflect the operational dynamics necessary to ensure the quality of the tour.

Participants must be over 18 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Physical fitness for steep descents and ascents on uneven terrain, crossing rivers and streams, climbing, and walking long distances.
